Jack Bush is the President and CEO of InterMed. He has had more than thirty years of CEO and board level experience in the medical device industry and is thoroughly familiar with all phases of the FDA's regulatory approval process.

John C. Merritt, a graduate of Babson College, is a member of their Academy of Distinguished Entrepreneurs. He was formerly a co-founder and CEO of the Van Kampen Merritt Companies, a major mutual fund group, Chairman and CEO of Xerox Financial Services, and director of various mutual funds. He has over thirty-five years of investment and management experience.

James Nuzzo, MD, LLD is a physician who received his training at Yale University and Yale Medical School and is an attorney who received his training at Harvard Law School. He is an experienced businessman who has worked extensively in the field of healthcare.

Marc Roberts, PhD, a Harvard School of Public Health Professor of Political Economy, has focused his work on healthcare delivery and health economics. He is a senior advisor to the World Bank and a number of national healthcare organizations.

Carl Stork is CEO of Digital Domain, Inc, a leading special effects and animation company based in Venice, California. Mr. Stork is also president of Ciconia & Co, LLC, a private investment firm based in Seattle, Washington and a principal of Wyndcrest, a private investment and acquisition firm focused on technology-related opportunities in entertainment, telecommunications and the Internet. Mr. Stork had a long and varied career at Microsoft Corporation from 1981 to 2002, serving in a variety of executive management positions, including technical assistant to Bill Gates, general manager of Windows® 95/98 and general manager of Hardware Strategy and Business Development. Mr. Stork served on the Board of Directors of Lydian Trust Company until March 2005, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Neomagic Corporation, a semiconductor developer of application processors and mobile TV solutions for hand held devices, and Baby Universe, a leading online retailer of brand name baby, toddler and maternity products. Mr. Stork earned a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington following a bachelor's degree in Physics from Harvard University.
