JACK BUSH
President/Chief Executive Officer
Before coming to InterMed, Mr. Bush was General Partner and Executive-in-Residence at Growth Point Ventures, a private equity firm that provides capital and hands-on advisory support to early stage companies. During this time, he was Executive Chairman, Lead Director, or Interim CEO of several companies. Mr. Bush has had more than thirty years of CEO and board level experience and has been the founder/co-founder and CEO of five successful start-up companies. For thirteen years, he was President/CEO of Irex, a cardiac ultrasound diagnostic imaging company that he grew from start-up to $150 million in sales before the company was acquired by Johnson & Johnson. More recently, Mr. Bush served as CEO of Seabrook International, a leading manufacturer and designer of orthopedic implants and precision surgical instruments.
In addition to his first-hand experience with all phases of the FDA's regulatory approval process, Mr. Bush has served in various prominent industry association roles and on several key federal advisory panels.
Mr. Bush has owned and operated Sun Yacht Charters, a bare-boat and crewed yacht charter company which he grew from a five boat operation to the second largest charter company in the world with over seven hundred charter yachts and twenty-two charter bases in nineteen countries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bush served in several senior government positions including as a Deputy Mayor of New York City.

Dr. Lawrence Gottlieb is a physician who received
his medical training at Tufts University and
was a Robert Wood Johnson Fellow at Stanford
Medical School. He also holds an M.P.P. from
the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
He has twenty years of experience as a health
management executive and has led major efforts
in improving the cost effectiveness of healthcare.
He is experienced in the development of disease
specific services and the payment for these services
from a variety of different healthcare organizations.
CYNTHIA L SCOLLINS, RN, MPH
Executive Vice President of Operations and Clinical Programs
Cynthia Scollins possesses over 15 years of executive experience developing and implementing proactive health management programs. In addition to her tenure at Americhoice, a division of United Healthcare, Sunrise Fl, Scollins held the position of Vice President Health Services for WellPoint Health Networks and Director of Disease Management, Case Management and Utilization Management for Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare in Quincy, MA. She holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science Management from Lesley University MA and received her Diploma in Nursing from Brigham and Women's Hospital School of Nursing.
Keith Berkoben
Engineering Development Manager
With a degree in Engineering from Harvard University, Keith Berkoben has directed the development of the InterMed System since its inception. He successfully led the InterMed team who secured FDA 510k approval and has since steered the company through the manufacture and commercialization of its flagship product.
