The InterMed System combines FDA approved medical devices with proprietary software and hardware to wirelessly collect and automatically analyze patient data and then to seamlessly provide informative and motivational feedback to patients and physicians. The system is easy to use and requires no additional effort on the part of the patient beyond that already required to obtain the biometric measure with a given device. The feedback is comprehensive and allows for a greater understanding of the patient's clinical condition.
